CHICKEN WITH STUFFING (Crock pot)

Prepare stuffing mix on box as directed. Layer in the bottom of the crock pot. Place 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with salt, pepper and Cavendars Greek Seasoning or poultry seasoning. Pour 1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup over top, do not add any liquid. Sprinkle with sliced mushrooms.

Turn on the crock pot to low and cook several hours until chicken is tender. Check periodically and make sure it is not drying up; check the stuffing for this. (If it looks like it is, I will add some canned chicken gravy.)

To serve, remove chicken and top with stuffing and sauce onto a dinner plate. Top with chicken.
