GRILLED GARLICY CATFISH

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

4-6 fillets, about 6 oz each, rinsed and dried

Combine in a plastic bag:
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp white tine
3 tbsp olive oil and sugar
1 tbsp pepper and parsley
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Add fish to marinade. Marinate for 1-2 hours. Grill over direct heat until done turning once. (I like to use a fish basket because it keeps the fish together.)
