ORANGE MARINADE CHICKEN WINGS

1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
5 lb. chicken wings

Mix all ingredients together, place chicken and marinade in a plastic sealed bag. Close bag and toss, place in refrigerator over night. Remove meat from plastic bag and marinade, place meat in shallow foil pan, cook at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes or internal temperature of 165. Serve hot.
