3 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can artichokes, not marinated, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 (16 oz) pkg plain or pepper brie
2 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 whole sour dough bread round
Melt butter in a saucepan; add garlic, green onions and artichokes. Sauté for 5 minutes. Cup up brie and cream cheese; add to pan with sautéing ingredients just long enough to mix cheeses and veggies together. Add grated cheese and after it melts a bit; add sour cream and mix all together. Slice off top of sourdough round. Hollow it out and place top of bread back on loaf. Cube and toast hollowed out part of bread. Wrap loaf with 2 layers of foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with bread cubes.
