1/2 up finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 tsp salt
1 (11 oz) log goat cheese
Combine first 3 ingredients. Roll goat cheese in cranberry mixture, pressing firmly. Wrap cheese log in plastic wrap, and chill. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 8-10
