CRAB FONDUE

Category: Dips - Hot

1 can crab meat
3/4 cup sauterne wine
1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese
3 Tbsp flour
Dash Nutmeg
1 loaf French bread, cut into cubes

Mix wine, cheese, flour, and nutmeg; heat and stir until melted. Add drained crab meat and keep warm in fondue pot. Use cubes of bread for dipping.
