CRAB AND CHEESE DIP

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp milk
4 scallions, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over to remove pieces of cartilage
Parsley, garnish
Heat oven to 350. Spray a 6-cup shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, stir together first 8 ingredients and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese until smooth. Gently fold in crabmeat to avoid breaking it up. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
