CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER FONDUE

1/2 lb bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp Grand Marnier

In a double boiler, boil 2 cups of water over high heat. Turn heat down to low and simmer water. Place first 3 ingredients in upper part of double boiler. Stir chocolate until smooth. Whisk confectioner’s sugar into mixture, and then add Grand Marnier. Keep water in double boiler at a simmer and dip fresh fruit into chocolate mixture.
