CHEESE BALL WITH RASPBERRY PRESERVES

1/2 lb EACH American and Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pecan chips
5 or 6 green onions, chopped
Mayonnaise
1 (6 oz) jar raspberry preserves

Mix cheeses, pecan chips, chopped green onions and enough mayonnaise to hold together; pack into a mold or make into a ball. Refrigerate until ready to use. Unmold on tray and cover with raspberry preserves. Serve with Ritz crackers.
