BAKED ARTICHOKE AND CRAB DIP II

1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and rough chopped
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp shallots, minced
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup crab meat
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place dip in a baking dish (dip should be no thicker than 11/2 inch) and bake until piping hot, approximately 8-10 minutes. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
