APPETIZER CRAB CASSEROLE

1 lb fresh lump crabmeat, drained
1 cup chopped onion AND celery
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup half-and-half
1 (3 oz) jar capers, drained
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Toast Point:
12 slices day-old white bread
3 tbsp butter, melted
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; spoon into an 11x7 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve with Toast Points.
Toast Points: Trim crusts from bread slices. Brush 1 side of slices with butter. Cut each slice in half diagonally. Place a single layer on a baking sheet, buttered side up. Bake at 400 for 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 appetizers
