DOUBLE PEANUT SNACK MIX

4 cups sweet shredded oat cereal
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 350. Combine cereal and peanuts in large bowl. Heat butter, peanut butter and cinnamon in small saucepan over low heat until butter and peanut butter are melted. Stir until blended. Pour slowly over cereal mixture, mixing well. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool before serving.

Yield: 4 cups
