PEACH CAKE

3/4 cup cold butter
1 box yellow cake mix
2 egg yolks
2 cups sour cream
1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Cut butter into dry cake mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat into a 13x9 inch baking pan. In another bowl, beat yolks and add sour cream; mix well. Set aside 6-7 peach slices for garnish. Cut remaining peaches into 1 inch pieces. Stir in sour cream mixture. Spread over crust; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Spread with topping and garnish with reserved peach slices. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
