SALMON APPETIZERS

1 (15 oz) can salmon, drained, bones removed and drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tbsp dried cilantro
1/4 tsp ground cumin
8 flour tortillas

In a small bowl, combine ingredients except tortillas. Spread about 2 tbsp salmon mixture over each tortilla. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Sliced each tortilla into bite-size pieces.
