CHEDDAR AND SALAMI SPREAD

1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
3 oz salami, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1/4 cup sliced green onions

In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and mustard until light and fluffy. Stir in salami and onions. Shape into a log and roll in pecans. Serve with crackers.
