SALMON PARTY LOG II

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 (15 1/2 oz) can salmon, drained
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp celery salt
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 tsp salt, or to taste
1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and form mixture into a log. Roll in nuts. Wrap in plastic and chill. Serve with crackers.

NOTE: Also good as a sandwich spread.
