1/4 cup olive oil and softened butter
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp herbs de Provence
8 Portobello mushrooms
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat grill. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture on both sides of mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Grill top-side down. Cook until tender with pierced with a fork, 5-10 minutes, turning once. Serve over dressing. Sevres 6-8
