Grilled - OVER THE FIRE SCALLOPED POTATOES

8 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pepper and garlic salt, to taste
Crumbled bacon
Sautéed mushrooms
1/2 cup butter

Preheat grill for medium heat. Prepare 8 pieces foil with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, green onions, soup, cheese, bacon and mushrooms in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Evenly divide the mixture among the squares of foil. Dot with butter. Fold into foil packets, sealing well. Cook packets on the grill 12-20 minutes, or until potatoes have cooked. Serves 8
