Grilled - ONION SEASONED CORN

1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ears corn, husked and cleaned

Heat grill. In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Spread each ear of corn with 1 tbsp mixture and place on a sheet of foil, wrap securely, using double-fold seal. Place on grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cook 20-30 minutes or until tender, turning frequently during cooking.

NOTE: The butter mixture can be spread on fresh cooked corn if you do not want to grill it.
