GARLIC AND ROSEMARY POTATOES

2 lbs potatoes
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp Salt and pepper, to taste
3 clove garlic, minced
olive oil cooking spray

Wash and scrub potatoes; cut in half and place in a baking dish. Spray a cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary and salt. Stir to mix. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
