No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups quick rolled oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) package toffee bits

Heat oven to 375. Coat 13x9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine oats, flour, peanuts, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Stir in butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture. Press remainder in bottom of prepared pan. Bake 12 minutes.

Beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over prepared crust. Combine reserved crumb mixture and toffee bits in medium bowl. Sprinkle evenly over peanut butter mixture. Press down firmly. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
