Spicy Chipotle Mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder
1 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
2 tsp fresh chopped herbs (parsley or cilantro)

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Enjoy on your favorite sandwich or use as a dipping sauce.

Yield: enough for one large sandwich.
