CHICKEN MARINARA WITH MUSHROOMS

12 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tsp Italian seasoning
6 oz sliced mushrooms
1 (27 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 tsp sugar

Cook garlic in butter for 30 seconds, remove. Add 1/2 chicken and 1/2 seasonings. Sook and stir 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining chicken to seasonings. Remove; add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Return chicken; heat through and serve over pasta.
