QUICK AND TASTY CHICKEN

1 (2-2 1/2 lb) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup slightly warmed honey
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

In a bowl combine the mustard, nutmeg and warm honey. Mix until well blended. Cover the chicken pieces with the mixture, coating well. Refrigerate and let it marinade for 1/2 hour.

Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 30 minutes or until done and chicken juices run clear.

NOTE: This is also good grilled.
