1 tbsp chocolate syrup, no sugar
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup half and half
2 shots vanilla extract
2 tbsp mint jelly (mint syrup, can be substituted)
1 green cherry

Squirt chocolate sauce around inside martini glass. Put ice, half and half, vanilla extract and mint jelly in blender. Blend until creamy. Pour mixture into martini glass. Garnish with green cherry. (1 serving)

Variation: Drunken Chocolate Leprechaun (alcoholic version) Same as above—but add one shot of vanilla vodka to blender.
