1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 oz Irish whisky
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 cup walnuts
Glaze
1/2 cup whisky
1/4 lb butter
3/4 cups sugar
Mix first 7 ingredients. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
Boil glaze ingredients and pour over cake. Sprinkle with castor (superfine) sugar (optional).
