4 cups sugar snap peas, trimmed
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Arrange peas in 1/2 inch boiling water with butter and sugar. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and steam 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season with salt, and pepper. Serve cooked snap peas with slotted spoon to allow for draining. Serves 6
