CRUNCHY CREAMY VEGETABLE SPREAD

1 stick celery
1 large carrot
2 scallions, dark green leaves removed
1 tbsp finely chopped green leaves reserved for garnish
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened or nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Dash hot pepper sauce

Shred celery, carrot and scallions. Mix vegetables in a serving bowl with the remaining ingredients and top with the chopped scallion. Serve with bread sticks or pita wedges.
