CRANBERRY BARS

2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fold in 1 1/2 cup fresh, whole cranberries and 1 cup walnuts. Pat in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 3500 for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool completely, and frost with the following. It will take about 1/2 recipe to frost the pan of brownies.
One Bowl Buttercream Frosting
6 tbsp butter, softened
3/4 cup cocoa
2 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cream butter in a small mixer bowl. Add cocoa and confectioners sugar alternately with milk. (I always warm the milk so it mixes better with the butter.) Beat to spreading consistency. If the icing is too thick, add additional milk until frosting is of spreading consistency. Add vanilla.
