HAM QUESADILLAS

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
3/4 lb sliced peppered ham
1 (1 lb) pkg shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
2 cups fruit salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 cups sour cream and guacamole

Divide evenly and top 5 tortillas with ham and next 3 ingredients, spreading evenly to within 1 inch of edges. Top with remaining tortillas; press lightly to seal.

Preheat oven to 250. Heat a 12 inch skillet over medium heat. Slide 1 tortilla sandwich into skillet and cool until golden brown on both sides. Keep warm on baking shee in oven.

Cut quesalillas in wedges. Serve with sour cream and guacamole as garnishes.
