MACARONI-BEEF SAUTE

1 lb ground beef
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (6 to 7 oz)
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Uncover; simmer about 10 minutes. Serves 4-6
