BOURBON MARINATED STEAKS

Category: Beef Steaks

6 (1 1/4 inch) thick T-bone, Porterhouse or New York Strips
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce or steak sauce
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup quality bourbon
3/4 cup olive oil
Pepper, to taste

Place steak in a resealable bag and mix remaining ingredients and pour over steaks and seal. Marinate, 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.

Remove from refrigerator 20-30 minutes before cooking. Preheat gril to a hot fire and cook steak 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade occasionally. Discard any unused marinde.
