CRUNCH DELUXE COOKIES

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup softened butter, vegetable oil, sugar and packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz) pkg Nestle Crunch Baking Pieces

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and next 5 ingredients until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients and drop by rounded tbsp onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
