CHOCOLATE TOFFEE PUFFS

4 large eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup sifted, powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 (1.4 oz) Heath bars, crushed
cooking spray

Beat egg whites in a large bowl with a mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks from. Combine powdered sugar, cocoa and crushed candy bars in a small bowl; mix well. Fold 1/2 of the cocoa mixture into egg whites, (they will deflate). Fold in remaining cocoa mixture until smooth. Drop the mixture by rounded tbspfuls onto a cookie sheet treated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Puffs will be soft in the center. Yields 2 dozen cookies.
