DRY SPICE RUB

3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp salt, peppercorns, yellow mustard seeds and whole coriander seeds
4 cloves garlic
Olive oil

Place ingredients in the food processor and add enough oil to make a paste. Rub on beef. Grill on medium log heat for 16-20 minutes, turning once and standing 5 minutes before thinly slicing diagonally across the grain. Serves 6

NOTE: This is gook on 1 1/2 - 2 lb beef top round or London Broil, about 1 1/2 inch thick.
