BASIC SEAFOOD RUB

1 1/2 tbsp mild or hot chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin, ground coriander and paprika
2 tsp curry powder and cinnamon
1 tsp allspice and salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Store tightly covered. To use: With your hands, rub a little olive oil on both sides of the fish. Then, again rub the spice mixture onto the surface of the fish. Shake off and discard any excess.
