BASIC DRY RUB

3 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt, cayenne and granulated garlic
1/4 tsp celery seed, bruised
1/4 tsp mustard powder

Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container.
