SHRIMP K-BOBS

1 lbs peeled and deveined shrimp
3 jalapenos diced
1/2 cup butter
1 large can chunk pineapple
4 gloves garlic minced
1 pkg bacon.
4 limes, juiced
Saute garlic and jalapenos in butter until soft. Add lime juice and juice from can of pineapple. Divide mixture in half.
In one half of the marinade add shrimp and let sit for 1 hour in fridge. In the meantime heat up your grill and fry your bacon in a skillet. You want to cook the bacon a little, but not all the way.
After shrimp has had a chance to marinate thread bacon, pineapple and shrimp onto skewers. Grill just until shrimp is pink, turning once. Maybe 5-10 minutes total. Reheat butter marinade and pour over finished kabobs.
