SALMON STEAKS

Category: Seafood and Fish - Grilled

2/3 plus 1/4 cup Italian dressing
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4 salmon, swordfish or tuna steaks, about 1 1/2 inch thick

Combine ingredients for marinade and put 2/3 cup of marinade in a resealable bag, add salmon, turning to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, up to 30 minutes. Refrigerate remaining 1/4 cup marinade. Remove salmon, discarding marinade. Grill, turning once and brush occasionally with refrigerated marinade, until salmon flakes.
