GRILLED SALMON

Category: Fish and Seafood

1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill or parsley (optional garnish)

Place fillets on plate, skin side down. Pat the minced garlic into top. Sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan over high heat. Place fillets in pan, skin side down. Grill on both sides until done, about 3 minutes per side depending on thickness. Serve, garnished with dill or parsley.

Note: This can also be grilled on an outdoor grill, broiled or cooked in a skillet. Serves 3-4
