ZESTY BARBECUE SAUCE for chicken

Category: Sauces, Marinades, Spices, Glazes and Rubs

2 tbsp butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp onion juice and garlic juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder, black pepper and paprika

Combine first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.
