PIT MASTER COMPETITION BARBECUE SAUCE

20 oz tomato sauce
1 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground celery seed
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp dry onion
1/2 tsp pepper
Juice of 1 lime
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt and cinnamon
2 tsp mustard

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer about 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate.

NOTE: Can be stored in the refrigerate up to 4 weeks.
