APPLE-GLAZED PORK LOIN

Category: Pork I - Tenderloins and Roasts

5 lbs rolled pork loin roast
2 tbsp sage
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup salad oil
1 tsp dry mustard and dill weed
1 tbsp parsley flakes

Prepare grill for indirect heat and place a drip pan in the middle of the grill and surround pan with hot coals. Combine sage, salt and pepper and rub on pork. Place roast in the middle of the grill and cook for 3 hours or until thermometer registers 170. Combine remaining ingredients for a basting sauce and baste pork frequently during cooking time.
