ALL PURPOSE MARINADE II

Category: Marinades

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
1 tsp garlic powder
pepper

Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. May also be used as a mop sauce during cooking process.
