ALL PURPOSE MARINADE

3 cups dry white wine
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all well. Marinate meat for 3-6 hours, use unused marinade as basting sauce.
