A-1 STEAKHOUSE BREW MARINADE

1/3 cup A-1 original or sweet and tangy steak sauce
1/2 cup beer
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Mix ingredients and pour over choice of steak in a resealable bag, turning to thoroughly coat the steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. Heat reserved marinade to a boil; boil 2 minutes. Serve with steak.

NOTE: Enough marinade for a 1 – 1 1/2 lb steak
