1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 cup chili sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 (12 oz) jar peach or apricot preserves

Combine all ingredients. Use as a glaze on ribs, chops, kabobs, steaks, burgers and chicken. Just brush on during last half of cooking. Makes 2 1/2 cups

Variation: substitute chili sauce and vinegar with 1 cup Sweet and Spice French Dressing
