HONEY CITRUS GLAZE AND SAUCE

1 (12 oz) can frozen orange or tangerine juice
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp celery seed

Combine the in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until mix boils. Reduce heat to simmering and cook until thickened and reduced, stirring occasionally. Note: Use sauce to glaze ham, ribs or chicken during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
