HONEY BARBECUED CHICKEN

2 1/2 - 3 lb chicken, quartered
4 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp honey and balsamic vinegar

Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Stir together next 5 ingredients and rub mixture into chicken pieces. Combine honey and vinegar; lightly brush surface of chicken and refrigerate 2 hours.

In a grill, arrange medium hot coals around a drip pan. Place chicken, bone side down, on the grill rack over the drip pan. Cover and grill 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, adding more coals as necessary to maintain heat.
