CITRUS HERBED GRILLED CHICKEN

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp white grape juice concentrate
2 tsp herbes de provence and citrus grill seasoning
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 1/2 tsp salt

Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken. Massage and refrigerate for 8 hours. Serves 4
